Design features of no heat adsorption dryer
◆Pressure swing adsorption

Micro-heat adsorption dryer design features
◆The new generation adsorption dryer, with the advantages of pressure swing adsorption and temperature swing adsorption, adsorbing at normal temperature and high stem partial pressure, analyzing (regenerating) at higher temperature and low steam partial pressure ,i.e. the moisture adsorbed by the adsorbent in the adsorption process, relying on the combined effort of the high quality regeneration gas (heated dry air) to clean up with two kinds of mechanism: thermal diffusivity and low partial pressure.
◆Adsorbing: the moist air enter into A dry tank from the down tube through the A1 valve, flowing through the adsorbent bed bottom -up, the dried air discharged from the upper tube.
◆Regeneration / blowing cold : a small mount of dry air ( about 7%) enter into the heater after the decompression of the upper pipe regeneration gas regulating valve, this part of hot air( we usually called regeneration gas) enter into the B dry tank and regenerate the adsorbent in the B dry tank, restore the drying capacity of the adsorbent, and the regeneration gas discharged into the atmosphere through the down pipe B2 valve and the muffler.
◆Equalizing: after the regeneration of the adsorbent, B2 valve closed, B dry tank can boost to the online working pressure gradually, accurate switching.
◆Switching: down pipe system B1 valve open, A1 valve close, A2 valve open, A and B dry tank finished the switching, B dry tank start adsorbing, A dry tank start releasing and regenerating.
